Description
Bosch’s Accelerate Development Program is a 18- to 24-month full-time development program for external Mexican professionals, with rotations across locations, departments, and roles. Participants receive mentorship and are hired as Bosch associates from day one, with the program designed to transition them into a final Production & Testing Engineer role. The program emphasizes hands-on testing, validation, failure analysis, root-cause problem solving, production environments, and data-driven decision-making using Excel, Power BI, Python, SQL, CAD, and design software.
