Description
Vanguard’s Project Management Pathway is a two-year immersive development program that rotates participants through different divisions and strategic initiatives. Participants support complex project planning and delivery, influence cross-functional teams without direct authority, use data to prioritize work, communicate project progress and risks, and recommend solutions. The program is intended to prepare participants for project management, sales, or product specialist career pathways and requires a bachelor’s degree, strong organization and communication skills, foundational project management knowledge, stakeholder management ability, and Microsoft Office proficiency. The program does not offer visa sponsorship and follows Vanguard’s hybrid working model.
