Description
The Advanced Programs Acceleration Program Operations Manager oversees the operational aspects of advanced programs, coordinating project management, planning, project teams, line management, and external customers. The role manages schedules, budgets, status reports, program performance, process improvements, hardware support, and cross-functional execution to meet quality, cost, and schedule commitments while increasing production capacity across multiple product lines. It requires a related bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, manufacturing or project/program management experience, cross-functional leadership, communication and presentation skills, and the ability to obtain a secret security clearance requiring U.S. citizenship.
