Accenture Construct is hiring a Construction Project Controls Manager to oversee project controls across capital and infrastructure projects from preconstruction through closeout. The role supports project managers and project leads in maintaining schedules and budgets, reviewing contract documents, tracking deliverables and claims, managing submittals, RFIs, pay applications, change management, and contractor schedules, and supporting client presentations. The position is assigned to multiple projects and teams and includes a hybrid work arrangement with remote, client-site, and Accenture-office work. Candidates need a relevant bachelor’s degree or at least four years of capital project or infrastructure experience, plus four years of Microsoft Office experience; professional licensure and experience with project-management tools are preferred.
