Accenture Construct is hiring a Structure Representative to support construction activities on public works and transportation projects. The role involves interpreting construction documents, reviewing submittals, enforcing compliance, monitoring equipment and personnel, documenting progress, performing layout and grade calculations, responding to RFIs, conducting constructability reviews, and coordinating with contractors, clients, agencies, and regulatory entities. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field, at least 10 years of public works or transportation experience including 5 years in structural work, knowledge of Caltrans bridge construction procedures, Microsoft Office and Bluebeam proficiency, and a valid California driver’s license.
