Accenture Construct is hiring a Business Development Manager to support strategic business development, client engagement, and major pursuit efforts for transportation, public infrastructure, and related programs throughout Southern California. The role develops opportunity pipelines, coordinates capture plans and teaming strategies, supports proposals and client presentations, and works with internal and external partners to advance strategic accounts. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree and at least seven years of experience in architecture, engineering, construction, program management, construction management, or business development and capture management.
