Description
Accenture Construct is hiring a Contract Manager to oversee procurement and contracts for mission-critical construction projects, including data centers, power grids, rail networks, factories, and public infrastructure. The role manages the contract lifecycle, contract execution, contractor and subcontractor compliance, risk mitigation, budget and schedule alignment, and coordination with project directors, cost controllers, schedulers, and PMC teams. It is onsite at client sites and requires a bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a relevant field, 6 to 10 years of Contract Manager experience in mission-critical construction, and strong knowledge of contract lifecycle management, project control, risk management, compliance, and cost control.
