Description
The role monitors, coordinates, and enforces construction compliance with contract documents, safety regulations, environmental requirements, approved plans, and specifications. It includes field inspections, contractor and regulatory coordination, issue reporting, documentation, constructability reviews, schedule and performance monitoring, and contractor payment management. The position requires a civil engineering, construction management, or related degree or equivalent experience, PE licensure or CCM qualification, and 5 to 8+ years of water/wastewater construction or project-management experience.
