Accenture Construct is hiring an Owner’s Representative to provide executive-level oversight of large-scale infrastructure and transit construction projects from mobilization through closeout. The role leads resident engineers, inspectors, project controls, and support staff; oversees safety, contracts, claims, change orders, scheduling, budgets, quality, environmental compliance, regulatory coordination, and community outreach; and advises client leadership on risks and commercial strategy. The position is onsite at client sites and requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least 12 years of construction management experience focused on large-scale infrastructure or transit projects, experience delivering projects valued at $50M or more, and three years of supervisory experience managing major construction contracts.
