Description
Accenture Construct is hiring a Cost Manager to prepare cost estimates, cost plans, and benchmarking reports; develop value engineering and life-cycle costing options; support risk registers, pre-contract and procurement processes, lease negotiations, change orders, invoices, cost reports, and development appraisals; and advise clients and design teams on cost implications. The role requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent in a cost or construction-related field, at least four years of cost-management experience, and five years of experience in cost estimating or quantity surveying, along with proficiency in CostX and Microsoft Office. The work is hybrid, combining remote work with onsite time at a client or Accenture office or center.
