Description
Accenture Construct is hiring a senior Program Manager to provide executive leadership and overall management of large-scale rail and transit infrastructure programs from preconstruction through construction, testing, commissioning, and handover. The role oversees design-build and alternative-delivery contracts, project controls, contract administration, risk and compliance, multidisciplinary teams, permitting, stakeholder coordination, and executive reporting. It requires a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field, at least 15 years of progressively responsible experience managing major rail and transit projects, and a Professional Engineer license; New York is strongly preferred. The work is hybrid, combining remote, client-site, and Accenture-office work, and includes medical, dental, and vision coverage.
