The Electrical Construction Manager leads field construction and maintenance operations across multiple service areas, including pole and tower inspections, transmission and distribution upgrades, substation work, and T-line projects. The role manages field teams and contractors, provides technical guidance, coordinates materials, enforces safety and quality standards, and resolves construction issues. Candidates need extensive experience in electrical transmission, distribution, or substation construction and maintenance, with alternative education-based experience paths also accepted.
