Accenture Construct is hiring a Lead Field Representative to serve as an owner's representative on-site during demolition, construction, commissioning, FF&E installation, turnover, and closeout. The role oversees CMAR and subcontractors, monitors safety and contract compliance, leads coordination meetings, manages RFIs, submittals, schedules, change orders, inspections, punch lists, and project documentation, and supports client relationships. Candidates need at least six years of construction or field management experience, including three years in a lead field role, plus a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work daily at a client campus in Prince George's County, Maryland.
