Description
The role coordinates document and contract-change approvals, maintains controlled project documents and distribution lists, supports the Construction Manager, reviews software-generated comments, coordinates outside agencies, prepares closeout documentation, and assists with project meetings, expediting, and related project support. It is an onsite position at client sites with day and night shift assignments and requires at least five years of rail construction experience, approximately three years of office-engineering experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree or certificate, a California Class C driver’s license, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
