Description
The Purchasing Manager is responsible for acquiring machinery, equipment, tools, parts, supplies, and services for an establishment; approving purchases and purchase orders; soliciting and evaluating bids; negotiating with suppliers; resolving undelivered or defective goods; and monitoring supplier and contract performance. The role requires a bachelor's degree in finance or a related business field and at least two years of finance-related experience, with communication, negotiation, financial-analysis, supply-chain, and Microsoft Office skills preferred.
