Accenture Construct is hiring a Project Controls Manager to oversee project controls for utility new gas generation and process-industry capital projects. The role provides direct oversight and coaching to Project Controls Specialists, supports project managers, manages cost, schedule, scope, risk, change, and contract controls, performs schedule and cost analytics, conducts field inspections, and provides SME-level guidance. The position is onsite at client sites and also requires onsite collaboration at the Woodlands office. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or eight years of equivalent experience, at least six years of capital project controls experience on qualifying projects, expert scheduling and analytics skills, and the ability to work in field and office settings.
