Accenture Construct is hiring an onsite Project Controls Manager to oversee project controls for utility capital projects, including project delivery standards, stage-gate processes, schedules, costs, risk, change management, reporting, and performance analytics. The role provides oversight and coaching to Project Controls Specialists, supports project teams in the office and field, and may require travel of up to 50%. The primary location is St. Louis, Missouri, with candidates in other metropolitan areas considered. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or eight years of relevant experience, plus six or more years of capital project management and project controls experience, including utility capital project experience.
