Description
Accenture Construct is hiring a Cost Engineer to build and maintain cost models, perform scenario and cash-flow analysis, monitor budgets and actuals, analyze cost and schedule impacts, support earned-value forecasting, conduct forensic spend analysis, and maintain issue, risk, and quantitative risk registers. The role requires a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 5–10 years of direct cost-analysis experience with utility projects or large projects, knowledge of commercial agreements and contracting strategies, and expert proficiency with Cognos, Power BI, Maximo, Power Plan, and Microsoft Office.
