Description
The role is an onsite Construction Manager responsible for overseeing construction projects from contract compliance and field inspections through schedule, budget, quality, change orders, claims, and project closeout. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related field, California Professional Engineer registration, at least 10 years of construction-management experience on transit projects of at least $30 million, and at least 3 years of supervisory experience on major construction contracts. The work is performed onsite at client sites, with some in-person collaboration, and includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, leave, and other benefits.
