Description
The role serves as the primary point of contact with client unit representatives and manages external organizations such as architectural and engineering firms, general contractors, and construction managers. It coordinates institutional design, technology, access control, environmental health and safety, risk management, regulatory submissions, schedules, budgets, and other facilities team members. The position is onsite at client sites and requires 12+ years of progressively complex engineering or architectural experience, a bachelor’s degree in engineering or architecture, and a valid state driver’s license; architect or professional engineer licensure is a bonus qualification.
