Description
Accenture Construct is hiring an onsite Substation Construction Manager to manage electrical and civil projects from conception through completion. The role oversees scope, quality, schedule, safety, costs, productivity, and innovation for complex, high-risk projects; coordinates project management, engineering, construction, contract management, and client stakeholders; leads job-site walk-downs and safety audits; and develops recovery plans to stay within budget. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a high school diploma with 10+ years of equivalent substation construction management experience in an electric utility, plus at least 10 years of substation construction experience in the electric power industry. The role is onsite at client sites and includes medical, dental, and vision coverage.
