Description
BlackRock is hiring a Cloud Identity & Access Management (IAM) Cloud Associate to support IAM functions in Microsoft Azure, AWS, and GCP environments. The role creates and manages user and non-human access, roles, permissions, entitlements, and infrastructure-as-code configurations; governs cloud access by reviewing stale access, rotating secrets, and reducing over-privileged access; and improves IAM security architecture through automation and best practices. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent IT security experience, at least five years of access and identity management experience, and two to four years of IAM experience in Azure and AWS. It is available in Atlanta, Georgia, and Wilmington, Delaware, with hybrid work requiring at least four days per week in the office.
