Description
IDS International is hiring an Access Control Specialist (ACS) with Secret Clearance in Annapolis Junction, Maryland, to support secure construction operations. The role controls access to secure areas, screens personnel and materials, conducts patrols, documents activity, reports security incidents, and coordinates with construction security teams. Applicants must hold an active Secret clearance, be U.S. citizens, be at least 21 years old, and have access-control or security experience at classified facilities or construction sites. The schedule is Monday through Sunday with 48 guaranteed hours per week across 4–5 days, some overtime, and rotating weekend availability. Compensation is $30.00 per hour, with health, 401(k), paid time off, sick leave, and paid holidays available to W2 employees.
