Description
The Access Control Specialist supports secure construction operations by controlling access to facilities hosting or preparing to host U.S. Government information. The role manages access control points, screens personnel and materials, conducts interior and exterior patrols, documents activity, and reports security incidents in accordance with the Construction Security Plan, post orders, and guard orders. The position requires an active Secret clearance, U.S. citizenship, and experience with access control or security at classified facilities or construction sites. It offers a standard Monday–Sunday schedule with 48 guaranteed hours per week across 4–5 days, some overtime, and a rotating weekend-shift requirement.
