The role controls, screens, and authorizes access for service providers, visitors, clients, and condominium residents; receives, sorts, and delivers correspondence; follows workplace procedures; mediates conflicts; and completes daily reports and incident logs. It requires good communication, discipline, professional demeanor, initiative, technology skills, and the ability to be over 18 years old.
