The role controls and authorizes access for service providers, visitors, clients, and residents; receives, sorts, and delivers correspondence; monitors and safeguards the property; controls the flow of employees, service providers, and suppliers; communicates irregularities; and completes daily reports and incident logs. The position requires good communication, discipline, professional demeanor, initiative, technology skills, and the ability to be over 18 years old.
