The role involves service orders, troubleshooting, fiber restoration, site maintenance, customer coordination, and documentation. Candidates need telecommunications and network knowledge, fiber and switching experience, strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, a valid driver’s license, and an associate degree in communications or equivalent experience.
