TIP Group is hiring an Accident, Refurb & Repair Centre Manager for its TIP Refurbishment Branch. The role owns the operational performance, profitability, and P&L of the centre, leads growth and cost-control strategies, improves productivity and customer service, and builds high-performing teams. Candidates need senior leadership experience in a technical or asset-intensive environment, a record of commercial and operational improvement, experience with large customer contracts and multi-site operations, and IOSH Managing Safety Certification plus an NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Mechanics, MSOE, MIRTE, or Eng Tech Membership Credentials.
