Description
The IT Systems Engineer will administer, operate, and develop Microsoft 365 environments for customers and internal teams, with a focus on Entra ID, Intune, Microsoft Teams, and modern cloud and workplace solutions. The role includes implementing identity, device, security, and compliance policies; supporting IT projects; maintaining customer systems; and ensuring service levels and documentation. Candidates need completed IT training or comparable practical experience, initial to several years of Systems Engineer or IT Administrator experience, and strong Microsoft 365 knowledge.
