The Account Applications Engineer serves as the primary technical contact for customers and internal teams, providing fastener and assembly application support, troubleshooting, cost-reduction analysis, product demonstrations, customer visits, training, quality failure analysis, and standardization. The role requires an engineering degree, strong communication and problem-solving skills, CAD or fastener-application experience, and approximately 30% travel to customer sites.
