Cove is hiring an Account Associate in Jakarta for a six-month contract with potential for permanent employment. Reporting to the Sr. Account Manager, the role focuses on building client relationships, analyzing data and observations, developing operational recommendations, training partner teams, preparing account materials, identifying growth opportunities, supporting contract renewals, conducting property inspections, and resolving operational issues. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree, strong communication and relationship-building skills, data analysis ability, and familiarity with pivot tables and basic Excel formulas; real estate, hospitality, or early-stage startup experience is preferred.
