The Account Associate I serves as a remote point of contact for WM's small and medium business customers, managing inbound calls, retention, customer outreach, contract renewals, and sales growth. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of business-to-business account management, inside sales, or customer service experience with a sales component.
