The role requires knowledge of debt-collection laws, accounting principles, collection techniques, Microsoft Office, automated financial systems, and complex mathematical computations, along with some related experience in delinquent-account or student-account receivable collection. Some Banner experience and a background in financial aid, student services, or student accounts are preferred, while a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or an equivalent combination is preferred.
