AHEAD is hiring a Sales Operations Specialist to independently manage order execution for assigned sales accounts. The role accepts and books customer orders, resolves order issues, coordinates cross-departmental meetings, monitors warehouse and manufacturing progress, supports engineering change requests, improves order processes, and maintains accurate customer profiles in the ERP system. The position requires at least two years of experience in a high-volume sales environment and two years in a sales operations specialist role, with IT-related or IT manufacturing experience preferred.
