Description
The Order Fulfillment Coordinator supports customers and the internal sales organization by preparing, processing, and coordinating customer orders. The role creates client proposals, enters specifications and pricing, generates purchase orders, reconciles vendor acknowledgements, coordinates delivery and installation dates, monitors project schedules, and assists with project management and customer status reporting. It requires technical proficiency with dealership business systems and 20/20 software, Microsoft Office, communication, organizational, analytical, and administrative skills, and experience managing multiple projects; customer service, dealership systems, and furniture industry experience are preferred. Compensation is $28–$31 per hour.
