Account Director at Alteva RCM

The role serves as the primary client contact, oversees billing and accounts receivable activities, coordinates enterprise billing and AR teams, manages provider setup and work queues, analyzes billing and payment trends, and recommends process improvements. Candidates should have experience in revenue cycle management, medical billing, or healthcare operations, along with knowledge of billing, claims follow-up, accounts receivable, and client systems; Epic familiarity is preferred. The position offers a $120,000–$165,000 USD pay range and health, dental, vision, and other benefits.
