Willis Towers Watson is hiring an Account Director for its Workplace Risk Practice in the Sydney office. Reporting to the NSW State Manager, the role provides technical and strategic advice on premium, claims, and injury management; manages key client relationships; supports new business and account profitability; and contributes to Workers’ Compensation consultancy projects. The position requires at least five years of senior experience in employer, insurer, agent, or broker environments, significant national Workers’ Compensation experience, premium and policy management across fund and risk states, and leadership experience.
