Adams Outdoor Advertising is hiring Account Executives to sell dynamic out-of-home advertising campaigns to current and prospective clients in the greater Sumter area. The role involves approaching advertisers, structuring advertising packages, managing contracts, scheduling, collections, sales projections, and cross-market opportunities. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in sales and marketing or equivalent experience, one to three years of direct media or relevant sales experience, strong communication skills, computer proficiency, marketing research knowledge, willingness to travel, and a valid driver’s license. The position is onsite, includes an onboarding program and mentorship, and offers a fixed salary transitioning to salary plus commissions, with successful AEs potentially earning $75,000 or more annually.
