All In One Accounting is hiring an Account Executive to acquire new outsourced accounting and advisory clients through consultative, multi-stakeholder selling. The role focuses on outbound prospecting, partner-channel development, CEO/CFO-level discovery, pipeline coverage, CRM hygiene, forecasting, clean handoffs, and SOW execution. Candidates need 5–8+ years of new-logo business development experience in professional services, multi-stakeholder selling, partner-channel wins, financial fluency, and strong CRM discipline. The position offers a $95,000–$115,000 base salary, $183,000–$217,000 OTE, and $240,000–$300,000 upside, plus medical, dental, vision, and supplemental benefits.
