Description
BizCover is hiring a Broker Account Manager to manage an assigned portfolio of insurance brokerages, support quotations, renewals, amendments, referrals, and other service requests, onboard new brokerages, troubleshoot platform issues, and strengthen retention and platform usage. The role combines relationship management, service support, coordination with underwriting and internal teams, and portfolio growth, with travel to broker and insurer events. It is primarily remote for candidates based in Melbourne or Brisbane, while Sydney-based candidates work two days per week onsite.
