BOLDSCIENCE is hiring an Account Executive to provide hands-on, proactive support to client account teams in the medical communications industry. The role covers client research, project coordination, meeting preparation, project implementation, financial tracking, invoice and purchase-order management, and collaboration with scientific, creative, editorial, and finance teams. A bachelor’s degree in science, pharmacology, or medicine is preferred, along with strong organizational, communication, relationship-building, computer, English, and teamwork skills; prior relevant experience is also required.
