Description
The Account Executive builds and maintains relationships with account decision makers, develops strategic business plans, identifies new product and revenue opportunities, and supports client retention and renewals. The role also collaborates with marketing and product development, mentors and supervises up to four Client Managers and six support staff, and conducts training and performance evaluations. It requires account executive and sales experience in the employee benefits industry with self-funded insurance, stop-loss experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and a valid class C license. The position is office-based, requires 25% travel, and pays $99,400 DOE.
