WXII, the NBC affiliate in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, is hiring an Account Executive to sell advertising to local businesses, negotiate impressions and rates with ad agencies, solicit new TV and web advertising business, develop partnerships, manage client accounts, and create sales proposals. The role reports to the Local Sales Manager and requires at least one year of media or digital sales experience, new-business development experience, negotiation skills, consultative customer-focused experience, and in-person attendance.
