Description
The role manages and develops relationships with existing insurance clients, provides strategic consulting on investment options, claims, utilization, and profitability, supports new and renewal business, coordinates vendor and carrier activities, negotiates program terms, and develops new business opportunities. It also mentors junior staff, supports departmental planning, and requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, more than seven years of client-services experience, brokerage knowledge, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to travel.
