Lockton Northeast is hiring an Account Executive to manage a portfolio of high-profile clients in the Northeast Series Middle Market platform. The role leads client relationships, program design, renewal negotiations, risk and coverage strategy, analytics-based decision support, and coordination across Lockton Units and Practices. It also manages the client service team, develops carrier relationships, and mentors junior Associates. The position offers a flexible hybrid work environment and requires a bachelor's degree in a business-related program or equivalent education and experience, at least five years of commercial Property and Casualty insurance or insurance broking/consulting experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to lead a client service team.
