PadSplit is hiring a remote Account Executive in Chicago, Illinois to recruit traditional property owners as PadSplit Hosts. The role involves prospecting, qualifying, contacting, educating, and closing property owners; customizing hosting solutions; coordinating onboarding; tracking CRM metrics; and presenting the company’s value proposition. Candidates should have sales or real estate experience, strong relationship-building and communication skills, CRM proficiency, and the ability to work independently in a startup environment. The position offers a $70,000 annual base salary in Chicago plus an attainable commission structure, along with medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
