UKG is hiring a WFM/HRMS/Payroll Sales Representative to sell and present HCM, workforce management, HRMS, and payroll solutions within an assigned territory. The role involves exceeding sales quotas, maintaining product knowledge, presenting to decision makers and end users, and developing proposals based on customer technical needs. Candidates need strong HCM/WFM/SaaS industry knowledge and 1–3 years of proven sales success; WFM/HRMS/Payroll sales experience is preferred.
