Vaniam Group is seeking an Account Executive, Client Services to oversee the successful implementation of client Service of Works (SOWs), coordinate internal and external resources, manage timelines and budgets, and maintain daily communication with clients. The role involves troubleshooting, effective communication, and demonstrating knowledge of therapeutic areas, regulatory implications, and agency procedures. It also includes modifying product frameworks, evaluating deliverables, developing tactical plans, documenting progress, managing project burn rates, assisting with reconciliation and billing, and leveraging AI tools for streamlining workflows.
