Description
Versaterm is hiring a remote, full-time Account Executive, ECC to drive revenue growth and territory expansion for its Call Triage and other AI-assisted public safety products. The role owns the full sales cycle from prospecting through close for PSAPs, emergency communication centers, law enforcement agencies, and local government partners, while applying MEDDPICC and Challenger Sale methodologies, managing Salesforce and Gong pipelines, and pursuing upsell and expansion opportunities. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 5–7 years of software sales experience in public safety, state or local government, or SaaS/inside sales, along with strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and consultative selling skills. The position requires CJIS compliance, a fingerprint-based background check, and possible travel.
