Conga is hiring a full-time Account Executive, Enterprise for a remote West Coast role reporting to the RVP, Enterprise Sales. The position focuses on sourcing new logos, expanding existing customers through up-sell and cross-sell, developing territory strategy, prospecting, aligning with multiple stakeholders, and co-selling complex enterprise projects. The role requires strong prospecting experience, strategic customer discovery, and a results-oriented approach; SaaS and Salesforce ecosystem experience is advantageous. The U.S. base salary is $150,000, with variable incentive pay and medical and dental insurance.
